O KORIŠTENJU CM CLUB CARD PROGRAMA
Based on the Statute of the company CM-Cosmetic Market d.o.o. Vitez, the company director, on June 19, 2025, issues:
RULEBOOK
ON THE USE OF THE CM CLUB CARD PROGRAM
Article 1
The CM Club Card is a customer loyalty reward program of CM-Cosmetic Market d.o.o. Members of the CM Club Card program are required to familiarize themselves with this Rulebook as well as other documents referenced herein. The valid Rulebook is available electronically on the website www.cmbih.com. Any amendments to this Rulebook will be announced via the company’s website www.cmbih.com.
Article 2
Each time the CM Club Card program is used, members, through their conclusive actions, confirm that they accept the rules valid at the time of use, as well as the other referenced documents.
Article 3
The purpose of the CM Club Card program is to enable members to collect points through purchases at CM-Cosmetic Market stores, participate in promotional activities organized within the CM Club Card program, and enjoy various benefits as program members.
Article 4
Only members who provide the required information when joining the CM Club Card program and duly report any changes to that information can fully utilize the program benefits.
Certain benefits are available exclusively through the mobile application.
Article 5
Any adult individual who correctly fills out the membership application for the CM Club Card program at a CM-Cosmetic Market point of sale, online at www.cmbih.com, or via the mobile application from Google Play Store or App Store, can become a member.
Membership is non-transferable and the card or mobile app may be used only by the member to whom it is issued.
Article 6
The application must be filled out in accordance with the instructions stated on the form. By completing the application, the applicant submits a request for CM Club Card membership and unconditionally accepts this Rulebook and the referenced documents.
Article 7
The issuer of the card is CM-Cosmetic Market d.o.o. Vitez. A designated person from the issuer decides on granting membership. The authorized person is not obliged to explain their decision regarding card issuance.
The applicant agrees that the issuer may verify the data provided before approving membership, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use available at www.cmbih.com.
Member data obtained through the application or the mobile app will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use available at the same site.
Article 8
The bonus period lasts one year as defined by the card issuer. At the end of this period, all accumulated points are reset to zero. Points cannot be carried over to the next bonus period.
Article 9
The CM Club Card member is responsible for carefully safeguarding the card and using it within their payment capabilities.
Members who have not used their card or mobile app for more than 12 months may be excluded from the CM Club Card program without prior notice from the issuer.
Such members may rejoin the program without restrictions by properly completing the application again.
Article 10
Membership is non-transferable, and only the registered CM Club Card member may use the card or mobile app for their own purchases. Sharing the card with third parties is prohibited.
Article 11
Points can be collected at all CM-Cosmetic Market retail locations, via the webshop www.cmshop.ba, and through the mobile app.
Article 12
Points may only be redeemed at CM-Cosmetic Market retail locations and must be used by the end of the calendar year.
Article 13
A CM Club Card member earns 1 point valued at 0.20 KM for every 5 KM spent. Each additional 5 KM earns 1 point.
Example: purchase of 1–5 KM = 1 point; 5–9.95 KM = 1 point; 5–15 KM = 3 points...
Once 20 points are accumulated, the member becomes eligible to redeem them.
Points cannot be collected on the following categories: gift vouchers and phone credit top-ups.
Article 14
At the time of purchase, the CM Club Card member will present their card or mobile app barcode to the cashier, which will be registered via the POS terminal to gain reward rights as defined by this Rulebook.
Points can only be awarded at the time of purchase. Retroactive entry is not possible.
Article 15
A CM Club Card member who qualifies to redeem points or benefits under the program must request redemption from an authorized representative of the card issuer at the time of purchase.
Article 16
Redeemed points are automatically deducted from the member's account upon purchase, and the customer must confirm the transaction with a signature on the receipt.
To prevent misuse or to verify card ownership during redemption, the member must present a valid ID. Copying or misuse of the member’s ID by the card issuer is strictly prohibited.
Article 17
If a member redeems points for a purchase and later files a complaint that is accepted, the points from the returned purchase must be deducted.
The card or mobile app barcode must be provided again during the refund process.
If the member does not have the card or barcode at the time of refund, the authorized representative must notify the CM Cosmetic Market marketing department to ensure proper correction of the points balance.
Article 18
Loss or theft of the card must be reported to the issuer via the official email: Ova e-mail adresa je zaštićena od spambota. Potrebno je omogućiti JavaScript da je vidite. or by phone: 030 709 817.
Failure to report the loss means the member bears any resulting damage from unauthorized use. Copying the CM Club Card is strictly prohibited.
A member may also terminate their membership in writing and return the card to the nearest store.
Article 19
The card issuer reserves the right to revoke membership without explanation from any member who violates the general terms, the Rulebook, or the rules specified in the membership application.
The member is obligated to return the card immediately upon request and settle all obligations and costs incurred through its use.
An authorized representative or person designated by the issuer may confiscate the card at a point of sale.
Upon cancellation, all rights to any rewards or points accrued are forfeited.
Article 20
The card issuer reserves the right to change the general terms of card issuance and usage.
Members will be informed of any material changes via the company website www.cmbih.com or official social media channels.
Article 21
Unauthorized or illegal use of the CM Club Card program is punishable.
Any disputes between program members and the issuer will be settled by the competent court in Travnik.
Article 22
This version of the Rulebook applies from July 1, 2025, thereby voiding the previous version No. 09/2024.
