Na temelju Statuta društva CM-Cosmetic Market d.o.o. Vitez, direktor društva dana 09.12.2025. godine donosi sljedeći:
O KORIŠTENJU CM CLUB CARD PROGRAMA
Članak 1.
CM Club card je program nagrađivanja lojalnosti kupaca društva CM-Cosmetic market d.o.o. Članovi CM Club card programa obavezni su se upoznati s ovim Pravilnikom kao i ostalim dokumentima na koje se Pravilnik poziva. Važeći Pravilnik dostupan je i u elektroničkom obliku na stranici www.cmbih.com. O svakoj izmjeni ovog Pravilnika članovi će biti obaviješteni objavom na web stranici društva www.cmbih.com.
Članak 2.
Svakom upotrebom CM Club card programa članovi svojim konkludentnim radnjama potvrđuju da prihvaćaju pravila važeća u trenutku korištenja programa, kao i ostale dokumente na koje se ona pozivaju.
Članak 3.
Svrha CM Club card programa jeste omogućiti članovima da kupnjom proizvoda u CM-Cosmetic Marketima skupljaju bodove, sudjeluju u promotivnim aktivnostima organiziranim unutar CM Club card programa te ostvaruju različite pogodnosti kao članovi programa.
Članak 4.
Samo članovi koji dostave tražene podatke prilikom pristupanja članstvu CM Club card programu te uredno obavijeste u slučaju njihove promjene mogu ostvariti sve pogodnosti programa.
Određene pogodnosti programa dostupne su samo putem mobilne aplikacije.
Članak 5.
Članom CM Club card programa može postati svako punoljetno fizičko lice koje pravilno ispuni pristupnicu za članstvo u CM Club card programu na prodajnom mjestu izdavatelja kartice CM-Cosmetic Market, online na www.cmbih.com ili se registrovati putem mobilne aplikacije sa Google Play Store ili App Store.
Članstvo nije prenosivo te se karticom ili mobilnom aplikacijom može koristiti isključivo član na kojeg ona glasi.
Članak 6.
Pristupnica se popunjava u skladu sa uputstvima navedenim na samoj pristupnici. Popunjavanjem pristupnice podnositelj daje zahtjev za članstvo u CM Club card programu te bezuvjetno prihvaća ova pravila kao i ostale dokumente na koje se pravila pozivaju.
Članak 7.
Izdavatelj kartice je CM-Cosmetic Market d.o.o. Vitez . O izdavanju članstva odlučuje ovlaštena osoba izdavatelja. Ovlaštena osoba nije dužna objašnjavati svoju odluku o izdavanju kartice.
Podnositelj zamolbe je suglasan s tim da izdavatelj prije odobravanja članstva provjeri podatke, prethodno ispunjene od strane podnositelja zahtjeva za izdavanjem kartice, a u skladu sa Pravilima privatnosti i Uvjetima korištenja dostupnim na web stranici www.cmbih.com.
Podaci člana CM Club card programa do kojih se dođe putem pristupnice za članstvo ili putem mobilne aplikacije se koriste u skladu sa Pravilima privatnosti i Uvjetima korištenja dostupnim na web stranici www.cmbih.com.
Članak 8.
Bonitetno razdoblje traje jednu godinu kako definira izdavatelj kartice. Na kraju bonitetnog razdoblja, kompletno stanje bodova se vrača na 0 (nulu). Skupljeni bodovi se ne mogu prenijeti u sljedeće bonitetno razdoblje.
Članak 9.
Član CM Club card programa dužan je pomno čuvati karticu i njome poslovati sukladno svojim platežnim sposobnostima.
Članovi koji nisu koristili svoju karticu ili mobilnu aplikaciju duže od 12. mjeseci mogu biti isključeni iz CM Club card programa bez prethodne obavijesti od strane Izdavatelja kartice.
Takvi članovi se naknadno mogu ponovno uključiti u CM Club card program, bez ikakvih ograničenja, uz prethodno ispravno ispunjenu pristupnicu.
Članak 10.
Članstvo nije prenosivo te se karticom kao i mobilnom aplikacijom može koristiti isključivo član CM Club card programa na kojeg ona glasi i to za vlastite kupovine. U tom smislu nije dozvoljeno karticu davati na korištenje trećim licima.
Članak 11.
Skupljanje bodova je moguće na svim prodajnim mjestima izdavatelja kartice,
web shopu www.cmbih.com, te putem mobilne aplikacije, uz obavezno skeniranje prije početka kupovine jer naknadan upis nije moguć.
Članak 12.
Korištenje bodova moguće je samo na prodajnim mjestima izdavatelja kartice i to do kraja kalendarske godine.
Članak 13.
Član CM Club card programa stječe pravo na dobivanje jednog boda u vrijednosti 0,04 KM pri kupovini u iznosu od 1 KM, a svaki sljedeći potrošenih 1 KM na računu dobiva po jedan bod.
Nakon sto član CM Club card programa skupi 100 bodova, ostvaruje pravo i na utrošak istih.
Bodovi se ne skupljaju na sljedeće kategorije: poklon bonovi i telefonske dopune.
Članak 14.
Prilikom plaćanja član CM Club card programa će predati odgovornoj osobi karticu ili dati na uvid bar kod kartice na mobilnom uređaju, koja se registrira na POS terminalu i preko koje se ostvaruju bonitetna prava sukladna ovom Pravilniku.
Bodovi se mogu dobiti samo neposredno prilikom kupovine. Naknadni upis nije moguć.
Članak 15.
Član CM Club card koji je stekao pravo na korištenje boniteta odnosno pogodnosti CM Club card programa će prilikom kupovine od ovlaštene osobe izdavatelja kartice zatražiti da iskoristi skupljene bodove.
Članak 16.
Utrošeni bodovi se automatski skidaju sa bodovnog stanja člana CM Club card programa prilikom obavljene kupovine, a kupac je dužan na računu svojim potpisom potvrditi obavljenu transakciju.
Prilikom realizacije, tj. utroška bodova, član CM Club card programa će ovlaštenoj osobi izdavatelja kartice u svrhu sprječavanja zloupotrebe odnosno utvrđivanja vlasništva nad karticom na uvid predočiti ličnu kartu. Zabranjeno je kopiranje lične karte člana CM Club card programa kao i bilo kakva druga zloupotreba iste od strane izdavatelja kartice.
Članak 17.
U slučaju da je član CM Club card programa prilikom kupovine izvršio utrošak skupljenih bodova te na taj način izvršio plaćanje, a u slučaju naknadne reklamacije, a koja se uvaži od strane odgovorne osobe društva CM-Cosmetic market d.o.o., prilikom storniranja računa odgovorna osoba izdavatelja kartice je obvezna tražiti od člana ponovno karticu ili bar code mobilne aplikacije kako bi se skinuli bodovi koji su skupljeni predmetnom kupovinom.
Ukoliko član CM Club card programa u tom momentu nema uz sebe karticu niti posjeduje bar code mobilne aplikacije, odgovorna osoba izdavatelja kartice koja je izvršila storno računa, dužna je obavijestiti marketing službu CM Cosmetic market d.o.o., o nastaloj situaciji, kako bi se na pravilan način izvršilo storniranje prethodno skupljenih bodova.
Članak 18.
Gubitak ili krađu kartice, član CM Club card programa je obvezan prijaviti izdavatelju kartice putem službenog e-maila CM-Cosmetic Marketa d.o.o. Vitez:

U slučaju neprijavljivanja krađe član snosi štetu koja mu može proizaći iz neovlaštenog korištenja njegovom karticom. Zabranjeno je kopirati CM Club card karticu.
Član CM Club card programa također ima pravo da u pisanom obliku otkaze korištenje kartice, uz povrat iste do najbliže mu poslovnice.
Članak 19.
Izdavatelj kartice zadržava pravo da članu CM Club card programa koji na bilo koji način krši opće odredbe ili se ne ponaša u skladu s ovim Pravilnikom ili pravilima navedenim u pristupnici kojom je potvrdio korištenje kartice, bez obrazloženja ukine daljnju upotrebu CM Club card programa te članstvo poništi.
Član CM Club card programa obvezan je na zahtjev izdavatelja kartice, karticu odmah vratiti te podmiriti sve obveze i eventualne troškove nastale upotrebom kartice.
Na osnovu zahtjeva Izdavatelja, karticu članu može oduzeti i ovlaštena osoba na prodajnom mjestu ili osoba koju ovlasti sam Izdavatelj.
S poništenjem kartice prestaju sva prava na korištenje boniteta koja proistječu iz prethodne upotrebe kartice.
Članak 20.
Izdavatelj kartice zadržava pravo promjene općih uvjeta izdavanja i korištenja kartice.
O suštinskim promjenama, izdavatelj kartice će članove obavijestiti putem web stranice društva www.cmbih.com ili putem službenih naloga izdavatelja na društvenim mrežama.
Članak 21.
Neovlaštena i nezakonita upotreba CM Club card programa je kažnjiva.
Eventualne sporove između članova CM Club card programa i Izdavatelja rješava nadležni sud u Travniku.
Članak 22.
Ova verzija Pravila primjenjuje se od dana 03.01.2026. godine čime ranija verzija od dana 19.06.2025. godine prestaje važiti.

RULEBOOK
ON THE USE OF THE CM CLUB CARD PROGRAM
Article 1
CM Club card is a customer loyalty reward program of CM-Cosmetic Market d.o.o. Members of the CM Club card program are obliged to familiarize themselves with this Rulebook as well as with other documents referred to herein. The valid Rulebook is also available in electronic form on the website www.cmbih.com. Members will be informed of any amendments to this Rulebook by publication on the Company’s website www.cmbih.com.
Article 2
By each use of the CM Club card program, members, through their conclusive actions, confirm that they accept the rules valid at the time of using the program, as well as other documents referred to therein.
Article 3
The purpose of the CM Club card program is to enable members, by purchasing products in CM-Cosmetic Markets, to collect points, participate in promotional activities organized within the CM Club card program, and enjoy various benefits as program members.
Article 4
Only members who provide the required information when joining the CM Club card program and duly notify the Company in case of any changes may enjoy all program benefits.
Certain program benefits are available only through the mobile application.
Article 5
Any adult natural person may become a member of the CM Club card program by properly completing the membership application form at the card issuer’s point of sale (CM-Cosmetic Market), online at www.cmbih.com, or by registering via the mobile application from Google Play Store or App Store.
Membership is non-transferable and the card or mobile application may be used exclusively by the member to whom it is issued.
Article 6
The application form shall be completed in accordance with the instructions stated on the form itself. By completing the application form, the applicant submits a request for membership in the CM Club card program and unconditionally accepts these rules as well as other documents referred to herein.
Article 7
The card issuer is CM-Cosmetic Market d.o.o. Vitez. The issuance of membership shall be decided by an authorized person of the issuer. The authorized person is not obliged to explain their decision regarding the issuance of the card.
The applicant agrees that, prior to approving membership, the issuer may verify the data previously provided by the applicant, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use available on the website www.cmbih.com.
The personal data of CM Club card program members obtained through the membership application form or via the mobile application shall be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use available on the website www.cmbih.com.
Article 8
The bonus period lasts one year, as defined by the card issuer. At the end of the bonus period, the entire points balance is reset to 0 (zero). Collected points cannot be transferred to the next bonus period.
Article 9
A CM Club card program member is obliged to keep the card safe and to use it in accordance with their financial means.
Members who have not used their card or mobile application for more than 12 months may be excluded from the CM Club card program without prior notice from the card issuer.
Such members may subsequently rejoin the CM Club card program without any restrictions, provided that they previously complete the application form correctly.
Article 10
Membership is non-transferable and the card as well as the mobile application may be used exclusively by the CM Club card program member to whom it is issued, and only for their own purchases. In this regard, it is not permitted to lend the card to third parties.
Article 11
Points may be collected at all points of sale of the card issuer, in the webshop www.cmbih.com, and via the mobile application, with mandatory scanning before the purchase begins, as subsequent entry is not possible.
Article 12
Points may be redeemed only at the card issuer’s points of sale, and only until the end of the calendar year.
Article 13
A CM Club card program member is entitled to receive one point worth KM 0.04 for each purchase amounting to KM 1, and for every additional KM 1 spent on the receipt, the member receives one point.
After a CM Club card program member collects 100 points, they become entitled to redeem them.
Points are not collected for the following categories: gift vouchers and mobile phone top-ups.
Article 14
At the time of payment, a CM Club card program member shall present the card to the responsible person or show the card barcode on a mobile device, which is registered at the POS terminal and through which bonus rights are granted in accordance with this Rulebook.
Points may be earned only at the time of purchase. Subsequent entry is not possible.
Article 15
A CM Club card member who has acquired the right to use the bonus, i.e. the benefits of the CM Club card program, shall request from the authorized person of the card issuer, at the time of purchase, to redeem the collected points.
Article 16
Redeemed points are automatically deducted from the member’s points balance upon completion of the purchase, and the customer is obliged to confirm the completed transaction by signing the receipt.
When redeeming points, the CM Club card program member shall present an identity card to the authorized person of the card issuer for the purpose of preventing misuse and/or verifying ownership of the card. Copying the member’s identity card, as well as any other misuse thereof by the card issuer, is prohibited.
Article 17
If a CM Club card program member redeemed collected points during a purchase and thereby made payment, and in the event of a subsequent complaint that is accepted by the responsible person of CM-Cosmetic Market d.o.o., when cancelling the receipt, the responsible person of the card issuer is obliged to request the member to present the card again or the mobile application barcode in order to deduct the points earned through that purchase.
If the CM Club card program member does not have the card or does not have the mobile application barcode at that moment, the responsible person of the card issuer who performed the cancellation of the receipt is obliged to inform the marketing department of CM-Cosmetic Market d.o.o. of the situation so that the previously collected points may be cancelled properly.
Article 18
In case of loss or theft of the card, the CM Club card program member is obliged to report it to the card issuer via the official e-mail of CM-Cosmetic Market d.o.o. Vitez:

In the event of failure to report the theft, the member bears any damage that may arise from unauthorized use of their card. Copying the CM Club card is prohibited.
A CM Club card program member also has the right to cancel the use of the card in writing, with the return of the card to the nearest branch.
Article 19
The card issuer reserves the right to revoke further use of the CM Club card program and cancel the membership, without explanation, for any member who in any way violates the general provisions or does not act in accordance with this Rulebook or the rules stated in the application form by which they confirmed the use of the card.
At the request of the card issuer, the member is obliged to immediately return the card and settle all obligations and any potential costs arising from the use of the card.
Based on the issuer’s request, the card may also be confiscated from the member by an authorized person at the point of sale or a person authorized by the issuer.
Upon cancellation of the card, all rights to use benefits arising from prior use of the card cease.
Article 20
The card issuer reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions of issuance and use of the card.
Members will be informed of material changes by publication on the Company’s website www.cmbih.com or through the issuer’s official social media accounts.
Article 21
Unauthorized and unlawful use of the CM Club card program is punishable.
Any disputes between CM Club card program members and the card issuer shall be resolved by the competent court in Travnik.
Article 22
This version of the Rules shall apply as of 03 January 2026, whereby the previous version dated 19 June 2025 shall cease to be valid.
